Bolton Central Primary Care Network is an NHS Collaboration between 13 GP Practices:

3D Medical Centre, Al Fal Medical Group, Beehive Surgery, Bolton General Practice, Bolton Medical Centre, Bradford Street Surgery, Deane Clinic 1, Deane Medical Centre, Dr Naseef’s Surgery, Great Lever One, Bolton Family Practice (LC2), Olive Family Practice and Orient House Medical Centre.

We are working together to provide extended services.
